Ariela is a highly experienced manager with more than 15 years of industrial experience in Research, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs of medical devices. Responsible for leading and driving the execution of global regulations, Ariela focuses on efficient, rapid and timely approval of devices, while balancing business needs with regulatory compliance.
Ariela also has overall responsibility for leading the company’s product quality systems, including the setting of quality goals, managing and improving all aspects of the quality system and product quality with an emphasis on customer use and expectations. Ariela holds a DSc, MSc and BSc in Chemical Engineering from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. She completed her post-doctoral research at the Harvard Medical School.
